Think! Can you think of 3 ways people can get money? Why do you think we use a mixture of notes and coins? What could you do with your money if you didn’t want to spend it? What could you do if you wanted to buy or do something but didn’t have enough money? ● What do you think the saying “money can’t buy happiness” means? ● ●

Make a list of all your favourite things that money can’t buy. For example, on my list I would definitely have a sunny day in Scotland! Once you have your list could you make a price list for the things we can’t buy. For example - a sunny day might cost £ 1 in summer but £ 5 in winter. Why do some things cost more than others?
Do Plan a day using a budget.
