Factoring Scavenger Hunt 1. You will be working in pairs 2. I will give each pair a letter to start with. 3. The pair will go to the letter they were given, copy the polynomial and factor it. Make sure to put the letter next to the work so you know which problem is which. 4. Once you have the factors, you search the other cards to find their answers. 5. This card will give the pair the next polynomial to factor. 6. These steps are repeated until you come to the polynomial where you started.

Battle My Math Ship! Goal: Sink battleships! The player to sink all their opponents

Battle My Math Ship! Goal: Sink battleships! The player to sink all their opponents battleships is the winner. 1. Each player secretly marks the battleship grid on the TOP of their sheet. They do this by shading the box. The BOTTOM battleship grid is what they use to select spaces to attack their opponent. 2. Each player calls out a letter and number that identifies a column and row from the BOTTOM grid. They must get the right answer to attack their player’s board. 3. If the partner gets the question right the opponent tells them if they hit or miss their ship.
