We are now going to use the persuasive writing word mats to re- write the points in your table, into full sentences… Choose either your for or against… I have chosen FOR. Now you are going to turn these points into reasons, using the word mat to help. Just like this… Firstly, uniforms should remain in schools, due to the fact that they ensure safety on trips. For example, if a class was in a busy city-such as London- it would be easier to spot a child in amongst the crowds. Thus, allowing the child to be safer. Furthermore, it means the teacher can spot a child easily if they are in danger.
