Hammes Company Team David J. Connolly is a Senior Vice President and has specialized in the development of healthcare facilities for the past 27 years. Dave has been responsible for the design, governmental approvals, ambulatory and inpatient facilities planning, and the construction administration for numerous healthcare facilities throughout his career. Ted Carson is the Vice President of Real Estate Advisory Services. Ted has over 15 years of experience serving clients with a specialization in the development of new market penetration strategies and the implementation of multi-unit, ground-up development programs. At Hammes Company, Ted responsible for the oversight of real estate advisory services to healthcare clients nationally. His areas of expertise to clients include real estate portfolio optimization strategies, organizational assessments and expense benchmarking. Tracy Schnyer is a Vice President and has over 25 years of healthcare industry experience. His primary responsibilities include planning, project management, oversight for capital hospital expansion and replacement projects and ambulatory care centers. Nancy Kramek Connolly is a Senior Vice President and Partner. Nancy is responsible for managing Hammes Company’s client development and engagement management activities across the East Coast and Southwest regions of the country. Having managed $2. 4 billion in healthcare development in her last twelve years, Nancy’s experience includes the planning and feasibility for multiple new hospital projects, facility repurposing, ambulatory feasibility and development. 2
