Ted has over 15 years of experience serving clients with a specialization in the development of new market penetration strategies and the implementation of multi-unit, ground-up development programs. At Hammes Company, Ted responsible for the oversight of real estate advisory services to healthcare clients nationally. His areas of expertise to clients include real estate portfolio optimization strategies, organizational assessments and expense benchmarking. Tracy Schnyer is a Vice President and has over 25 years of healthcare industry experience. His primary responsibilities include planning, project management, oversight for capital hospital expansion and replacement projects and ambulatory care centers. Nancy Kramek Connolly is a Senior Vice President and Partner. Nancy is responsible for managing Hammes Company’s client development and engagement management activities across the East Coast and Southwest regions of the country.
