MSS – Modular Shelving System • For easy cleaning • 2 depths: 398 mm and 488 mm • 3 widths: 87 mm, 195 mm and 300 mm • 5 standard modules • Heavy duty construction: - up to 70 kg/tier/m - up to 280 kg /wall/m • Suitable for dishwasher
MSS - Modular Shelving System • It consist of pre-installed ladder rails on the walls, free adjustable supports, bars and shelf plates. • Shelf plates are made of ABS-plastics - stainless steel available as an accessory 1. Set the supports at desired heights 2. and place the end plugs 3. Place the connection pieces if needed 4. Install the bars • All steel parts are epoxy-polyester coated. - stainless steel available as an additional accessory • No tools required • Easy to clean 5. place the bar fasteners and shelf plates
Control Unit - built-in HACCP Humidity Control • By pressing a button, the user can choose whether the evaporator fan is working all the time or together with the compressor. This will have an affect of 20% in the relative humidity inside the step-in room, depending on usage and other variables. True Temperature Control • The set point temperature is the highest air temperature during normal mode. HACCP-probe • The control unit is equipped with a 4 th temperature probe for data logging and recording purposes. This value is shown at the display by default. • It is independent from the control functions and shows the internal air temperature to fulfill the requirement of EN 37/2005.
Control Unit – built-in HACCP • HACCP-probe (4 th probe/blue) • Independent, displays internal air temperature to fulfill the requirement of EN 37/2005. • New location to avoid confusion with P 1 or other temperature logging devices
