Control Unit - built-in HACCP Humidity Control • By pressing a button, the user can choose whether the evaporator fan is working all the time or together with the compressor. This will have an affect of 20% in the relative humidity inside the step-in room, depending on usage and other variables. True Temperature Control • The set point temperature is the highest air temperature during normal mode. HACCP-probe • The control unit is equipped with a 4 th temperature probe for data logging and recording purposes. This value is shown at the display by default. • It is independent from the control functions and shows the internal air temperature to fulfill the requirement of EN 37/2005.
