Recommendation o o Advantys Telefast ABE 7 pre-wired system offers the most simplicity, power, security, and maintenance for money System is a direct wire up solution eliminating costly work hours to wire up I/O by hand Without system 40+ wires stripped by hand where 8 -10 wires can be completed/hr Collaboration with Dan Shaughnessy proved that this system would save the most money and require the least effort to implement in current control setup
Advantys Telefast ABE 7 options o o Many models were analyzed and a choice was made on cost effectiveness, available current output, and mean time before failure (MTBF) for internal relays Possible Systems: ABE 7 RS 2, ABE 7 R 17 T 111, ABE 7 P 16 T 2, ABE 7 P 08 T 3, ABE 7 R 16 T 2, and ABE 7 R 16 T 3
Advantys Telefast ABE 7 options o o After looking at available options, one key criterion was output current rating for each system. Solenoid relays are 30 W and require 1. 25 A to operate. Telefast systems rated at higher currents cost considerably more. System was chosen to meet minimum current rating while keeping cost down. MTBF was also considered by analyzing graphs.
