OUR REPLICATION PLAN Transfer know-how: To. T and methodology ü Bronze level (Introduction) = brief induction online workshop and granted access to key instruments ü Silver level (Capacity building) = Bronze + initial assessment and tailored 3 day training of key experts ü Gold level (On-going mentorship) = Bronze + Silver + mentoring key experts for one school year 5
