Decisions/Observations/Comments • We will submit a document in the form of a draft ECC Report for ECC PT 1. • Parameter document: • No updates in this meeting. • To be included into the draft ECC report that we will submit to ECC PT 1. (Ralf) • RAS • Explanations about RAS antenna gain to be added, to explain 0 d. Bi. Ericsson indicated an interest in further analysis of the Rec etc containing such info. • Noted that separation distances are much larger than in Report 45. It is assumed that this is due to a different methodology. • It was also noted that the results are different from those for 3. 6 GHz, which is explained by the different functionality of RAS stations in different fq bands. (different protection thresholds) Results based on different threshold to be added. • Mitigation: This is important to add, to find realistic solutions to the separation requirements. For instance studies were carried out with a flat earth assumption. • Agreement to include absolute distances in the summary, but not in the ex summary.

Decisions/Observations/Comments • Radar • Withdrawal of Huawei doc from Nov 20, some issues detected, new results will be provided. • ANFR doc: used for x-checking results, discussion around antenna characteristics. Not for inclusion in doc for ECC PT 1. Huawei will provide additional information on effects of terminal distribution. • Eumetnet: Some ”holes” in tables, but will add results. EESS used as an example, agreed better not to refer to another service as it could be confusing. • Number of transmitters for IMT BS for further discussion. • Format of how to present results was discussed, for further consideration and suggestions in forum to enable completion of a draft ECC Report.

Additional telcos and deadlines • RAS • Meeting January XX to approve input to ECC PT 1 (unless big problems are identified before Christmas. . . If so we try to have meeting before Christmas). • Discussions on forum until next meeting to reach agreement on as many things as possible. . . ideally everything. • Radar • Telco Wednesday Dec 19 14. 00 – 17. 00 (CET). Approval of material for ECC PT 1! • Deadline for studies intended for inclusion in material for ECC PT 1 is Sunday Dec 16, 00. 00, as people should have a chance to read carefully before agreeing on submission to PT 1.
