ERY NCDTVET-PIU • A contact person of RC is a secretary, who has the decisive role. • S/he is in responsible for collecting the data to the database and coordinating the monitoring. • In PHARE 06 project the TA local expert works together with the RC secretary intensively. • In generally the project is a learning process where TA is delivering this method to regional level.
