Email Things to keep in mind when using email: • Check it daily and if possible, a couple times a day • Try to forward your emails to one account • Make sure you check your spam folder

Skype Advantages of using Skype: • Allows you to have a voice conversation with all of your group members at once • Allows you to have a video conference with group members (if your computer has a camera) • Allows you to send instant messages through its chat function

Are You Ready to Use Skype? How to get started: • Set up an account at www. skype. com • Add your group members as contacts • Set up a time that works for all of your group members • Get started on that project

Google Docs Advantages to using Google Docs: • Your entire group can see the same document at the same time • Your entire group can work on the same document at the same time • No need to send the document back and forth via email
