Missouri’s Lessons Learned • Change is hard and it takes a long time • Excitement and Innovation is contagious • People are ready and excited about and ready for the message and concrete, practical tools • People are more apt to engage in things if it’s easy or simplified • Scheduled team meetings or phone calls give needed structure • Missouri is different – lines get blurred – we were engaging in COP activities before there was a COP!
