Mission The aim of our endowment fund is to contribute and support the development of the assisted life of our clients of all age groups who are in need of consistant medical surveillance of specialists but still want to live in their home environment. Together, our mission is to get this type of care, diagnostics and remotely monitoring system into higher consciousness of wide amount of people and organisations and then increase the amount of clients in a such system of care. The system of the Czech public health care insurance currently cannot pay off the expences on the purchase of remotely monitoring system on-line and its use in home environment. That is why most of patients stay in hospitals or use the ambulatory care even if assisted care would be possible. We believe home environment and family support have strong influence on pacient mental health and effects treatment positively. Our intention is to help people in need and who cannot afford it themselves. We believe this way of care is the future of our health system, not just because of huge savings on the state budget, but mostly for the „better“ life of patients who are either chronically ill, post -operative, or infirm.

How do we want to help? 1 By supporting the assisted life. By various kinds of ways, we support the treatment of patients in their home environment in case their hospitalization is not necessary. 2 By purchasing and lending free of charge all of the medical devices and equipment necessary for home care and nonstop monitoring of the client. 3 We want to provide the professional preparation to medics, caregivers and family members for giving the assistance to the clients by organizing the educational courses, workshops and lectures. 4 By educational activities, we want to ensure spreading the consciousness about the conditions, possibilities, the advantages and the benefits of home care and remotely monitoring of the client. 5 We want to enable the availability of this home care, especially for socially underpriviledged patients in all CR.

Who do we help? The patients after an acute surgery with the possibility of monitoring their actual health condition, the patients with a chronic disease that requires long-term monitoring, the patients with palliative treatment. The patients whose disease and treatment allow the assisted care in home environment and monitoring the client is neccessary for ensuring therapy. The patients whom the assisted care is recommended by their physician. The patients whose life and social situation does not allow them to afford such a care.

With a parthership on organizing cultural, sports and formal events. Funds will be given to the Endowment fund. 5 With supporting our project: „Become the Home Angel“ 6 With any kind of propagation the Fund. 7 With a form of grants from both domestic and international subjects.

Professional sponsor of the Endowment Fund from doctors The aim is monitoring the client in his or her home environment with the possibility of fast and qualified help in case of sudden worsening of the health condition As an obstetrician gynecologist, I wish this type of monitoring in home environment could be applied on monitoring pregnant patients, mostly in case of risk pregnancy. I take care about children in their prenatal age and therefore I wish even already born children were supplyed with high quality care. The advantages of assisted home care the following: doc. For the client: bettering the quality of life, the possibility of stay in their own home environment without dangers to life. That is ude to the remotely monitoring the health condition for 24 hours for 7 days in a week without the necessity of hospitalization. For the doctors: more time for treating the patients who are in urgent and better diagnostics of the patients health condition thanks to the remotely collecting of the data. For the hospitals: saving expences and preventing inefficient hospitalizations

Garant of the Endowment Fund from Czech celebrities I personally support this project because I know how important is to take care about our children, parents, grandparents, lonely and underpriviledged people. . . Who else should it be? Project Domácí anděl (Home Angel) is a great opportunity how to make a care about ill people easier, how to dulcify both our and their everyday life and provide these people with the feeling of reassurance even when they are at their home environment.
