Mission Statement The mission of the Greater Mission Bend Area Council is to empower residents, businesses and organizations of the Greater Mission Bend Area by collectively addressing common issues and concerns.
Vision We envision Mission Bend will be a vibrant, safe, and healthy community and through rebranding our community’s identity we will foster pride and attract new investments in the community
What is the Business Improvement Initiative Grassroots effort to stimulate the growth, expansion and revitalization of our business community that will result in public or private investments for purposes of developing more robust environments that will reinvigorate our community to once again become a good place to live, work and raise a family.
Objective Act as a liasion between area businesses and people in the community to buildup our business district such that it will lead to new business creation, stimulate growth, and encourage new private or public investment Partner with area businesses, law enforcement, and people of the community to enhance, stabilize and revitalize the Mission Bend commercial district
Our Role : Establish Business Partnerships Assist business owners with strengthening and growing their business Help identify and rehabilitate abandoned or underutilized commercial properties Promote and enhance the quality of life in our neighborhoods Help establish or maintain a positive business climate
