Final Report 1: 2 • Formatting – Combine the progress reports to give one single report encompassing all the work you have done. – Make sure the headings, numbering systems for figures and tables etc. are consistent. – Rearrange paragraphs if necessary to make the report as homogeneous as possible. – Remember to include EH&S sections.

Final Report 2: 2 • Formatting (Continued) – Include final transmittal letter, executive summary, distribution of work and overall conclusion. – Submit three (3) copies of the final report in the boxes by the Department Front Desk. – Two copies should be bound normally – One copy submitted in 3 -ring binder (I will provide) – Boxes will be have labels with the names of the reviewers. – There will be a separate box for team evaluation forms. – Report is due April 19 at noon!!!
