What does this look like in school? • As a federation, we have focused upon key characteristics that help us develop and display a growth mindset. For the older children we have selected a real person that signifies that characteristic and for the younger children we have created exciting super heroes. During our day to day teaching we refer to these in order to promote and encourage a growth mindset as well as having regular assemblies and focused teaching sessions.
