OVERVIEW • Plan to reopen schools, with first student day on September 9, 2020.

OVERVIEW • Plan to reopen schools, with first student day on September 9, 2020. • Begin school with Hybrid model; two equally distributed groups of students on alternate days, with in-person instruction on one day and remote instruction on the other – Only one-half of student population in building on a given day • Other option is remote instruction • Hybrid model will require students and staff to wear masks • Students with IEP or 504 Plan will receive support in either option • Need survey to be completed by Wednesday, August 5, 2020 – Additional details sent around August 13 th

DEFINITIONS Hybrid Learning – Learning takes place both in-person and online Blended Learning – A combination of traditional tools, such as books, and online tools, such as laptops and videos, to conduct instruction Online Learning – Education that takes place entirely online Synchronous Learning – Teaching and learning occurs together, simultaneously Asynchronous Learning – Students access learning at different times, and work through it at their own pace Cohort – A group of students meeting together at a set time or day

FACILITIES AND OPERATIONS • Parents will screen children for symptoms before sending to school

FACILITIES AND OPERATIONS • Parents will screen children for symptoms before sending to school • Temperatures taken before entering bus or buildings • All students and staff will wear masks • Student tables spread out with clear shields between students – Students will remove masks to eat lunch behind shields • Increased cleaning, new cleaning products and procedures • Increased air filtration and new air purifying systems • COVID-19 reporting procedures per CDC and NH DHHS guidelines • No visitors in building

TRANSPORTATION • One student per seat in diagonal pattern; family members can shares seats

TRANSPORTATION • One student per seat in diagonal pattern; family members can shares seats • Maximum 26 students per bus • All students face forward in an assigned seat, attendance taken • Hand sanitizer used upon boarding bus or van, and face masks required • Buses cleaned between bus runs and every night • Windows kept open as weather permits to maximize ventilation

WELLNESS • 3 feet social distancing • 2 reusable masks provided to each student

INSTRUCTION & TECHNOLOGY • Masks worn in class and common areas; mask breaks scheduled • Students spaced minimum of 3 feet apart in class • Students in cohorts or groups attend in-person school on alternate days – Option for remote learning program • Students with IEP or 504 Plan will receive support on both inschool and at home days • Google classroom used in all classes • All students will be issued a Chromebook and case • Students will use their own supplies; no sharing of supplies
