Action Item One: Increase Professional Development for all Staff PLC- MHS staff focused on summative assessment and data analysis (‘ 1516) and formative assessment and focal students (‘ 16 -’ 17) Joint SLT and PLC transition meeting to capture teacher leader carry-overs concerns and establish a continuing plan for new administrative team. National Equity Project- lead a two day in -service days (2015 -16) and summer work (4 days in 2016 -17); District PD in Summer 2015 One Goal for the Year
Action Item Two: Expand Community outreach and increase communication Community Parent Nights Filipino, Vietnamese, Latino Nights in 2015 -16 Plans to add an African American Night in 2016 -17 9 th Grade parent orientation Social Media Safety presentation ● Parent University held at Cal Hills with strong MHS representation ● Latino and African American Awards ceremonies ● Community Service Committee worked to make CS more accessible to students One Goal for the Year

EOS identifies and places underrepresented students in AP classes and provides academic support to ensure success EOS “bootcamp” for incoming students AVID: In summer 2016, CADA a myriad of extra curricular activities offered on the MHS campus.
