Metrics § Timeliness: o Higher timeliness percentages indicate S-1’s have submitted proper KSDs to the AMPO within 30 days of the effective date. § UCFR: o Attain a downward trend of late and un-submitted reports. Working the reports will help to achieve data correctness. § Deviation Report: o Fewer mismatches means data in personnel and pay systems are consistent. This also shows that S-1 s are actively reconciling both HR and Pay information in the personnel and pay systems by managing UCFRs, pay inquiries, and submitting pay-impacting KSDs. U. S.
