They are also the collective responsibilities of the whole Army, and each of its constituent units. They are the foundations of teamwork, which multiplies the Fighting Power of each individual. They are interdependent: if any of them are lacking, the others - and hence the team -are threatened. They are fostered and enhanced by good leadership, training, motivation and management, throughout the chain of command.
