What is a migraine? A recurring throbbing headache that typically affects one side of the head and is often accompanied by nausea and disturbed vision. A migraine was recorded in the medical documents of the ancient Egyptians in 1200 B. C. E. It appears that migraines are among the oldest disease known to man kind.

What are the causes? The most common reason for one to have a migraine headache is the physiological triggers such as food, stress, and hormonal changes.
