2009 To 2010 2011 • Keepmoat approach to land owners and Partnership dialogue evolved. • Keepmoat driving the acceleration of planning and Regeneration activity • K 2 (Kebbell & Keepmoat) LLP Registered with Companies House Dec 10. • SBC Cabinet approved novation of existing agreements to K 2 LLP - SPA signed Feb • Outline planning consent for 1350 new homes & full planning for the highways infrastructure – Sept • Sanctuary secure HCA grant NAHP 2011/15 for 60 ECH and 30 General needs 100% affordable. • Keepmoat and Kebbell commit to 182 new homes for sale. • Planning performance agreement to deliver MDD signed by all partners
2012 • New Eastfield Action Plan approved by all stakeholders replacing the Eastfield Investment Plan. • Full planning consent for phase 1 (60 ECH, 30 Affordable homes, 120 Keepmoat Homes & 62 Kebbell homes). • HCA contract signed. Keepmoat SOS ECH scheme
2013 • Kebbell secured GBB loan from HCA to assist delivery of infrastructure on Ha 2. And capital compensation from NYCC agreed to invest in MDD infrastructure. • Keepmoat SOS 30 affordable general needs for Sanctuary Group. • SBC Cabinet approval to recycle land receipts into the wider regeneration of Eastfield.
2014 • Home Group on board with HCA grant for 60 Affordable homes on Ha 1. • SOS delayed due to flawed Highways infrastructure consent, Renegotiation with Highways & Planning • Secured offer £ 2. 3 m LEP for Ha 1 infrastructure, commenced due diligence process. • Shortlisted for HCA LSIF funding £ 15 m infrastructure for MDD and additional land to the West and North owned by SBC & Kebbell = additional 1150 new homes.
