CHALLENGES q Communication gaps or non-communication between the project team & country partners • q Confusion between inter-related terminologies • • q Examples were provided to clear the confusion Confusions were clarified during the interactions between the project team and partners Information not easily available • 11 Telephone service was used intensively with frequent visits to project countries Baseline consumer survey helped in generating first-hand information
CHALLENGES q Analytical capability of partners • • q Delay in implementation of project • • 12 Project team guided drafting of various key documents Documents received positive comments from NRG/PAC members Two months delay in signing of the contract Taking suitable action to overcome the delay
