Directions • Use the following Power. Point to complete the Microscope Kingdoms Lab • You will need colored pencils to color your drawings • Follow the directions for the first page of the lab.

• When you get to bacterial types, you will need to fill out the 3 shapes that we discussed. Then, you need to look at the next three slides and determine which represents each bacteria shape. Draw and color the pictures of each view with your written in labels.

Bacteria Types • Total magnification: 400 X

Directions • On the back of the lab you must draw and color 6 diagrams. • Each kingdom in the domain Eukarya will be used at least once. Some will be used more than once. • You must write the name of the slide provided, then you must decide from your knowledge and the picture what domain and kingdom the organism is classified. • Draw and color the picture on your lab sheet.
