PROJECT COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT PROCESSES Project Communications Management include the processes that are required to timely and appropriate planning, collection, creation, distribution, storage, retrieval, management, monitoring, controlling and ultimate disposition of project information. Communication planning is about identifying who needs what information, when they need it and how we are going to give it to them! 2
