Since last time…. - - Meeting with Rob Chuter at the Christie: - Went through and replanned the water phantom and brain case - Found the reason that we did not see the “kink” in the brain case after the swelling was introduced: Eclipse introduced a series of new temporary planning structures which I confused for actual structures - - Instead of swelling, we went for nasal cavity filling as it is more realistic for this patient - - Started replanning these new patient cases for VHEEs 2

Today, tomorrow, next week • Today: - CLARA experiment application to be finished and ready for reviewing - Currently running MC simulations to back this up (40 Me. V with 4 mm beam RMS which will tell me a charge to dose conversions for a persons brain) - Need to assess how it will be moved during irradiation - Try to get a workable plan for this new phantom and brain case to put in an abstract for OMA • Overnight Tonight: - Run full scale MC plan for new water phantom and brain case CTs - Same as above but with new inhomogeneities added • Tomorrow: - Get something convincing written up into OMA abstract and submitted • By the end of the week: - Submit CLARA application • Before the end of the month: - Update paper with new plans for the brain patient and add in the water phantom - Get access to the rest of the patients sorted (I think we’re on the home stretch now) - Plan these patients and add into paper in the same way that the brain case was Potential Conferences: th th
