Refinery Manager Emergency Response Coordinator Overall Responsibility for Effective Emergency Preparation and Response Safety & Security Manager -- designated to oversee, develop and organize Emergency Preparedness and Response Emergency Response Team (ERT) Designated Employees Crisis Management Team (CMT) External Resources Highly Qualified to respond to: • Explosion & Fire • Rescue Operation • Hazardous Material Release • Explosive Vapor Release • Medical Injury or Fatality Persons in all areas trained in: • Use of hose lines & fire extinguishers • Water monitors and fixed systems • Hazardous Materials containment • Emergency Scene Control Designated Organizational Leaders with specific management skills and trained in Incident Command System (ICS) to oversee and control major or potentially serious situations at the refinery. Associations with community and mutual aid groups to ensure resources and expertise for emergency situations.
