Mentorship Program Introduction: Many students lack access to the resources and networks necessary to help them reach their goals. The Mentorship Program provides mentees an older sibling figure from Harvard College to act as a role model and to help them build their own roadmap through the years to come. The mentors provide guidance and focus on helping the mentees cultivate a growth mindset and develop their own intrinsic motivation. With years of experience and developed personal strategies, mentors will be able to help mentees answer difficult questions that they come across. The mentorship program will offer an opportunity for mentees to connect with a Harvard student and develop a reliable relationship that will allow mentees to have access to the vast knowledge that mentors have collected over the years.

Our mentees are carefully matched with mentors from our rigorously screened pool of experienced Harvard students to guarantee that mentees will receive the insightful guidance that they are searching for. The Mentorship Program is offered as a long-term support system, where each session is tailored to the needs of each individual student. Content: Before each session, mentees will get to determine what they would like to focus on during their time with their mentor. Topics to focus on can include, but are not limited to:
