OBJECTIVES OF MENTORING SESSIONS 1. Empower Coaches’ on the Project and on their role. 2. Strengthen competencies in soft skills, pedagogical issues and clear doubts on administrative issues. 3. Support on the First and Second Impact Training. 4. Support on Covid-19 Pandemic Crisis Contingency Plan 5

03 STRUCTURE, TOPICS, FREQUENCY

STRUCTURE, TOPICS, FREQUENCY : 1. Structure: First Half of the session a presentation on an specific topic they have requested on the Post-Mentoring format. The other half is to clear out doubts, concerns, answer questions whether administrative or academically. 2. Post-Mentoring Questionnaire: Coaches complete a friendly & short 5 questions to express their needs, challenges and concerns, this helps me plan and deliver the next mentoring session. This also helps us evaluate if the sessions are being effective or not in order to determine how to improve. 3. Topics: Soft Skills (Communications, Time Management, Making a Coache´s Work Plan, Navigated the Coaches Kit) 4. Frequency: Every 15 days (55 -60 minutes), via Zoom Meetings. Invitations are send a week before with the link and the topic we will cover. 7
