So… How Does It Work ?
Conclusion The NASA’s space shuttle-inspired model is made to be comprehensive guidelines for organization that is going to introduce innovation and lead organizational change. The whole process is the integration of instructional development processes and diffusion processes. The model also gives ideas of diffusion’s target audiences for each phase of adoption and rationale. Successful of implementing this model came from quality of each piece in both processes as well as constant and effective communication before, during, and after implementation.
