Guidelines § § § Mentors should meet with their student once a month (via phone or in person) Mentors should meet with their student at least 3 times a year in person Meetings should be 1 -2 hours Relationship shall be 1 year in duration Mentor must make initial contact with protégé within 3 weeks of assignment 8 © I n t e r n a t i o n a l I n s t i t u t e o f B u s i n e s s A n a l y s i s
First Meeting Example • Plan your first meeting with your protégé. Topic suggestions are provided below.
