The Law of Empowerment – Romans 5: 12 -21 God Changes Us from the Inside Out. He never demands conduct that He doesn’t first empower His followers to achieve. 1. By taking heed thereto according to thy word. ” The man who aspires to GREATNESS should walk as The Lord Jesus Christ walked. He should walk in the light, walk in truth, walk in love, walk worthy of his vocation, walk in faith, walk in the spirit, and walk in the newness of life. God created man for His purpose and for His glory.

Salt reminded the Israelites of how faithful God had been to them, how He had kept his promises. Leaders and those who hold them accountable need to understand that they must adhere to a high standard of faithfulness. Leaders need to be able to say to their team, “I have been faithful. I expect the same from you”. When a leader cannot make this statement, an essential leadership asset is gone and much of the high ground of leadership has been lost.
