Show idea The TV show will be an entertaining talk show which will feature a music performance by the band, ‘Grafton Ash’. The show will also consist of an interview of the band members led by the presenter, Meg. In addition to this we are hoping to have the cast of ‘The Thornton Heath Poltergeist’- a short film that has been recently released. We hope to interview them about the preparation involved when making the film, certain challenges they faced and so on. Our VT will be an advert for a made up show that is similar to ‘Ru Paul’s Drag Race’. This will add a comedic aspect to the show that may, otherwise, lack humour at times. If we are unable to get the band to come and perform live the plan is to try and film a VT of them performing and include that instead.

Set Design
Set Influences We might have the audience move like in ‘Top of the Pops’ when the band perform if it isn’t too complicated. The Graham Norton Show The Late Show Alan-Carr Chatty Man The Ellen Show The Jonathan Ross Show This Morning Most chat show sets include a sofa and a table. This creates domestic connotations.
