O Outdoor: joggers, red t-shirt, jumper, trainers. O Seating arrangements change termly. O Concentration stations – encourage use of these and look for pupils to take the lead.

Behaviour O What’s changed? : O No longer using Golden Time. O No longer using traffic light system for pupils. O No longer using Class Dojo. O Introduced reflection time. O Introduced positive notes home.
Behaviour O What’s stayed the same? : O House points are still collected daily, O O O rewarded weekly and annually. Star pupils still receive a certificate. This is shared at assembly and at the school gates. Children also receive a prize in class. Frustration beaker Vision Vouchers Wider achievements shared on learning journals, in class or at house meetings and then displayed in the gym hall. Achievement award at the end of year church service.
Vision Time O Time spent across year groups working on achieving our school vision to be a ‘curious, creative community’ O 20 pupils per group O 6 sessions across the year O Wednesday afternoons O Pupil, parent and teacher led
Home Learning O Runs Monday – Monday O Except short weeks, first week and last week of term. O Grid: Spelling, Reading & Maths (occasionally one other). O Children aren’t penalised for not completing their home learning. O Home learning club runs on Mondays 3. 15 pm – 4. 15 pm if necessary.
Home learning O If children are unsure how to complete a task, please encourage them to ask for advice sooner rather than later. O If children are absent from school on a Monday (and therefore don’t get their home learning handed to them) it is still their responsibility to collect it from their tray and submit it on time. O At this stage, P 7 should be taking full responsibility for their home learning.
