Here are some meditations and reflections for you to use • Each meditation is about 10 minutes long. • The first few practice mindful breathing that is proven to lower the heart rate which then helps ease stress. • There is a variety of meditations included to hopefully suit all • Hopefully you will find a meditation style that works for you Do not feel that you have to practice all examples. • There a number of time oriented meditations included – for the beginning and end of the day • There is also a quick video explanation of the value of gratitude and a couple of meditations to accompany it.
