Wound Mechanically Debrided Prior to Sheepskin Use. June 12, 2008

Protocol • Coccyx pad over wound (kling) • Sheepskin boot • Foam offloading boots in bed • Posey offloading boot in day • Dressing changed once daily • Removed with normal saline

Note: Necrotic tissue formation on upper left of wound and blood flow in central area. June 19 th, 2008
