Fiction vs Non- Fiction Non fiction is the opposite of fiction. Fiction involves creating or imagining a story or an account of something. It is not meant to be believed. Non-fiction deals more with facts and real life it is meant to be believed. Fact is something which can be proved to be true Opinion: Is something which is believed to be true (or which you are being persuaded to believe to be true)
