Flour: Utensils: Dry Measuring Cups, Measuring Spoons, Metal Spatula. Measuring Technique: Fill the measuring spoon or cup to overflowing. Then level off the excess flour with a metal spatula back into the original container.
Sugar: Utensils: Dry Measuring Cups, Measuring Spoons, Metal Spatula. Measuring Technique: Fill the measuring spoon or cup to overflowing. Then level off the excess sugar with a metal spatula back into the original container.
Brown Sugar: Utensils: Dry Measuring Cups, Measuring Spoons. Measuring Technique: Using your fingertips, press the brown sugar firmly into the measuring cup or spoon until you’ve filled it to the top.
