WHAT PLACES ARE IN YOUR CITY? Square Supermarket Petrol Station Police Station Post Office Swimming Pool Hospital Bank
• The place where children go to study and learn with their teachers. El lugar a donde van los niños a estudiar y aprender con sus profesores.
• A place where stamps are sold and from where letters and parcels are sent. Un lugar en donde se venden las estampillas y donde las cartas y correos son enviados y recibidos. Post Office
• The place where the money of all people is kept. Lugar en donde el dinero de toda la gente se guarda.
BUS STATION • The place where buses stop to take passengers and leave them. People wait for the buses here too. • El lugar en donde los buses paran para tomar o dejar pasajeros. La gente espera aquí por los buses también.
Petrol Station • A place where cars go and re-fill their gasonline tanks. They can buy some food and make stops here to rest. Un lugar en donde los autos van y cargan sus estanques de gasolina. Ellos pueden comprar comida y hacer paradas aquí para descansar del camino.
SQUARE A large area of land with grass and trees which is maintained for the pleasure of the public. Una área grande de tierra y pasto y árboles que se mantiene para el placer del público.

Library It is a place where many books are kept and let people take the books to use in their home. Es un lugar donde se guardan muchos libros y se le permite a la gente llevárselos para usarlos en casa.
HOW CAN I GET TO? • This is a very good question. if you are a tourist, and you want to visit some places…but you don’t know the direction…you ask the question…. how can i get to? (¿cómo puedo llegar a? ) so, if you want to get to the supermarket…you ask “how can I get to the supermarket? ” Esta es una muy buena pregunta. Si eres turista en algún lugar del mundo, y quieres visitar ciertos lugares, pero no sabes cómo llegar, debes preguntar “¿cómo puedo llegar a ? ” así que si por ejemplo, quieres llegar al supermercardo, la pregunta sería “How can I get to the supermarket? ”

• IN FRONT OF • BEHIND (EN FRENTE DE…) (DETRÁS DE…) • NEXT TO (AL LADO DE…) • CROSS THE STREET. (CRUZAR LA CALLE) • GO UP / GO DOWN - ARRIBA- ABAJO.
