Create a purpose statement through a Missions/Evangelism Committee. 3. Learn about the people in the community of the church. 4. Identify who will help you reach them.

5. Determine how to reach them. Develop a yearly evangelism calendar. Develop prospect files. Set yearly baptism goals to get to 1: 10 Create or renew weekly outreach and visitation. 6. Remain focused on the gospel message. 7. Provide ongoing schools of prayer and evangelistic ministries. 8. Communicate. 9. Perform yearly analysis and change.
