Dynamic Capability • Week 08 workshop material • Analysis – Current issues and challenges in the context of theory (sensing, seizing, and transforming) • Missed opportunities, reasons, areas to improve, options that they have, etc. – Need to integrate the knowledge obtained from the Portfolio analysis also (previous section) – Need to explore relevant literature • Recommendations – What can the company do to improve dynamic capabilities – What can the business do to improve the business circumstances
