Her ability to effectively implement change while maintaining the highest level of customer service led to one of the most profitable service departments in the country for Mercedes Benz and Lexus. In her current capacity, she is leveraging these skills to improve the operational processes for the purchasing and remarketing of vehicles as well as the administration the maintenance management product for Merchants Fleet Management.
