May 2004 doc. : 15 -04 -0237 -01 -004 b Notes about Fast Schedule * Between voting on the contents of the draft ([4], July 04) and submitting a complete draft ([5], September 05) is only two months. I have ideas on how to manage this, but this should be viewed as a red flag. Let's discuss. * If we have an outstanding NO vote going into the Jan 05 meeting ([12]), rather than seeking a sponsor ballot, we can seek conditional approval under procedure 10.
