How do my students and I use Math Facts in a Flash? 1. Baseline

How do my students and I use Math Facts in a Flash? 1. Baseline Test —Students complete a 40 -item timed test at the computer for each new math level. Immediate onscreen feedback provides students with their time and accuracy and shows any missed problems. 2. Individualized Practice —Students complete practice sessions at the computer for each math level. The number of practice problems varies depending on the problems missed on the previous test, plus other problems identified as the most difficult in each level. 3. Timed Test for Mastery —Students complete 40 -item timed tests. Their goal is to answer all problems correctly within two minutes. Students can keep testing at a level until they pass. Response and test time can be changed but the goal of 40 problems without a mistake must be achieved and can not be changed. 4.
