Community Schools 2017 / 2018 Goals ● Develop and conduct a needs assessment and community asset map to identify programming goals and resources available to meet goals. Review annual survey results to prioritize programming goals for the upcoming year. ● Review data, including program participation and outcomes, on an ongoing basis to consider whether changes need to be made to programs. ● Develop partnerships with resources available to schools. ● Support strategic planning and school attendance initiatives. ● Provide support and education for families.
