MARTIN LUTHER? Martin Luther was a man who was a priest in the 15 hundreds. The difference between him and the average priest was he did not believe the corrupt and tyrannical medieval church. He would soon stand up to the mightiest society on earth at the time.
WHAT DID HE DO? Martin Luther wrote things like the truth of the bible. He also attacked the church with his 95 theses. Unfortunately it caused terror and violence. He was a man who did not harm with fists but words.
DATE OF BIRTH? Martin Luther was born in November the 10 th 1483
WHEN DID MARTIN LUTHER DO THIS? Martin Luther did his duties to the church in the 15 hundredths and a lot more stuff happened to him after the church.
WHERE WAS HE BORN? Martin Luther was born in Eisleben Germany
WHERE DID HE DO HIS JOB? Martin Luther attacked the Catholic Church first at Wittenberg and then the holy roman city a place where the church ruled.
WHY DID HE CHALLENGE THE CHURCH? He challenged the church because he soon saw how tyrannical and corrupt they were. He knew that they were evil another part was that he vowed himself to God 1 night and this was the only way he could please God.
HE ATTACK THEM? He challenged the church by writing rude and convincing things about them. He was a person who attacked the church with his writings which made everyone worship him like a saint. One day the rebel followers of Luther attacked the church physically and they were killed
ATTEMPT TO STOP LUTHER? First they demanded Luther to disown his writings and confess that they were lies. He didn't listen to the church. Next they started threatening Luther and still demanding him to disown but he still refused. Finally the pope Leo the tenth used his most powerful weapon excommunication. It was too late Martin had convinced to many.
