Background Project Overview • Portal System Enhancement Request was created to enable an LSA to request that roles be added to users at a company other than their own Value or Purpose • Automates a manual process • Provides LSAs with full ownership of process 2
Background Affected Market Participants (MPs) • Any MPs who have requested manual role allocations to a company to whom they do not have LSA abilities Examples: § Vendors working on behalf of an entity who already has a portal presence § Companies with contractual agreements to see information from a shared resource 3
Key Dates • September 12 – Kickoff Call with Local Security Administrators (LSAs) • September 15 – Market Participant Testing Begins • September 19 – Testing Checkpoint (if needed) • September 26 – Market Participant Testing Complete • September 30 – Production/Go-Live • September 30 – MP Reconfiguration Window Opens • October 14 – MP Reconfiguration Window Closes • October 14 – Revocation of Roles Unassigned 4
Key Testing Information • All LSA to LSA MP testing will take place in the Marketplace ITE Portal • For those MPs currently utilizing the manual process, coordinate with your LSA counterpart at the organization with whom access has been approved (requesting or provisioning LSA) • Testing documents can be found via the link included in the invitation to this meeting • Prior to testing each LSA should download a report of users with manually provided access 5
