So many stories… • But which ones to tell? • How do we filter through everything we have to talk about? • Enter the Brand House.

Newport Aquarium Brand House:

Celebrate the Good • We are the good guys. Our passion is caring for and sharing the amazing aquatic world with our guests. • We go beyond the ordinary. • Our guests not only see, but feel touch and learn about the world we share.

Celebrate the Good

Celebrate the Good • What’s the best of what your organization does? • Are you celebrating that publicly? • Employees that care • Problems solved • Differences made • Lives impacted

Lead with Love • Striving to lead with love, in all we do, we foster an environment of genuine caring, kindness, trust and respect with our guests, our cast and our animals.

Lead with Love

Lead with Love • Are you showing how much your organization cares? • Type of stories your telling • Tone of those communications • Are you showing how much you care to your employees, clients and communities served by telling their stories?

Connect People with What Matters Most • Water provides the stage and our animals and experiences are the stimulus that bring people together in meaningful moments that inspire laughter, learning and connections.

Connect People with What Matters Most

Connect People with What Matters Most • As marketers we are connectors • What matters most to your clients and followers? • Are you helping connect them to: • Other community resources • Each other
