Okinawa-They hold a no Risk Block • An IEEE specific link will be provided as part of the web registration. • No deposit required at time of booking BUT, full amount will be charged 21 days in advance of arrival • Block will be held until July 20 when 40% will be released with an additional 20% on Aug 20 • Booking before July 20 is STRONGLY encouraged. March 2011 doc. : IEEE 802. 15 -11 -0203 -01 Hotel Cancellation Policy • • • >21 days: No Cancellation Charge Day 21: Credit Card is charged 20 -14 days: 10% of stay 13 -7 days: 20% of stay 6 -3 days: 50% of stay <3 days: 100% of stay Modifications to Bookings follows the same pattern except time is measured back from the day you wish to change & the value is the value of that night.
