" Early disclosure to the Working Group of patent information that might be relevant to the standard is essential to reduce the possibility for delays in the development process and increase the likelihood that the draft publication will be approved for publication. Please notify the Chair Apurva Mody <apurva. mody@ieee. org> as early as possible, in written or electronic form, if patented technology (or technology under patent application) might be incorporated into a draft standard being developed within the IEEE 802. 22 Working Group. Mar. 2014 doc. : 22 -14 -0041 -01 -000 b Comment Resolution related to Multichannel operation (1, 160) ID 1 Comment Suggested Remedy Current D 1 document cover only single channel Frame structure, need additional frame structure definition when WRAN system operates multichannel and co-operating both single channel and multichannel system simultaneously. 160 The 802. 22 b standard should include the superframe or frame structure for multi-channel operation. Submission add more frame structure definition for multi-channel operation Define newly the superframe or frame structure to support the multi-channel operation. Slide 2 Chang-woo Pyo (NICT)

Mar. 2014 doc. : 22 -14 -0041 -01 -000 b Proposed Resolution • Add a new paragraph on the end of 7. 1 General – “An MR-WRAN may support for multiple connections between A -BS and A-CPE(s) or S-CPE(s), or between A-CPE and S-CPE(s) by using multiple channels (7. 24). When multiple channels are available and used for the connections between A-BS and ACPE(s) or S-CPE(s), or between A-CPE and S-CPE(s), a frame is assigned to the connection on the different channel into multiple channels. The frame format on each channel shall follow the frame format described in 7. 4, 7. 4 a and 7. 4 b“ Submission Slide 5 Chang-woo Pyo (NICT)
