Couplers and rigid lines mid of February Jan-Feb. WW, KO, TL, RP Installation seems to be possible in 2 nd half of Feb March TL, RP, DS Finish in March – critical for final decisions and component ordering. Feb - April TL, KC, MZ, DS Calls for tender needed for directional couplers and rigid line. Must run ASAP after prototype tests. Critical for assembly Feb KC, TL December We should decide and buy all that is possible ASAP. Plan to split deliveries in time, if companies will agree (eg, couplers). Possible Schedule and Planning Issues • Procurement time risk (long call for tender, not reliable suppliers, …) • Cables will be pulled from the Klystron Gallery to the tunnel ~3 months after PRL installation – we must connect our system during other installations in the tunnel • For temperature control system commissioning we need cables and racks with basic infrastructure (power supply, Ethernet, …) – not clear when it will be available • Possible conflicts with other installations during PRL commissioning: our tests will be time consuming • Problem with last sections conflict with crane and not clear plans for A 2 T racks and infrastructure availability 15. 03. 2017, Lund PRL Planning, K.
